On the tail end of the adventure they visited the FDR Memorial in D.C. as well as Mt Vernon – home of our first President and founding father – George Washington! Their stop in New York included a visit to Central Park where they viewed the Dakota Building, home of John Lennon, and Strawberry Fields. This was a culturally rich and engaging learning experience for our students. Welcome back 8th graders! We can't wait to hear more about your adventures.
