Fundraising Events

 

In addition to the Annual Fund campaign, Oakwood also hosts successful fundraising events. They include:

 

 

Oakwood Fund Run

The Fund Run has always been a special way for the Oakwood community to come together to support the school and celebrate our spirit. Students will be running an obstacle course and laps on the track for 30 minutes with their grade level. Families are encouraged to come out and cheer them on! It’s a wonderful event and we encourage parent participation both on and off the field.

Proceeds this year will go toward the school's Spreading Our Roots campaign in support of the Campus Fund which includes a Liberal Arts Center, a new Upper School Gymnasium, and Playfield to follow, that are part of our long-term vision.

Oakwood Auction

Oakwood has success with our Auction, which is typically held in the fall each year. It has many unique items preferred by Oakwood parents including special parking lot spaces, Principal for the Day, teacher sponsored parties, front row seats at drama and music productions and get-a-ways to many different locations. Parents and the Oakwood Community also donate items and services for the auction.

The Auction Committee is made up of Parent Volunteers who work diligently to create a fabulous, fun, successful event. Each year Oakwood rotates an online auction with a live dinner auction.
