Oakwood School

It is imperative that all members of our Oakwood community stay home when ill and follow the proper steps before returning to campus. Any individual experiencing a COVID-19 symptom must be symptom-free and proof of a negative rapid test is required in order to be cleared to return to campus. Negative results MUST be uploaded by 5pm the evening before a student is ready to return.

Guidelines for the 2022-2023 School Year

We want to share some important guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) that Oakwood will continue to implement this school year.

Oakwood will monitor and update our mitigation protocol as needed as guidelines from our State and County may change. We thank you for your careful review of these guidelines and your continued support of the protocol we have put in place to aid in the health and safety of our Oakwood students, faculty, staff, and the broader community. Oakwood will continue to uphold a multifaceted COVID-19 mitigation protocol.

Our Pandemic Team meets weekly with the Santa Clara County Office of Education (SCCOE) and CDPH for updates and briefings regarding COVID-19 directives, guidelines, and recommendations as they relate to schools.  As we receive updated guidance, we will update this page accordingly.

Questions regarding this information may be directed to our Pandemic Team
