In the role of School Student Support Counselor, Caitlin MacCalla provides social/emotional and academic support to Oakwood Upper School students. Ms. MacCalla has held a Clinical License as a Marriage and Family Therapist for over 14 years. She has worked in both school and community-based settings throughout the Greater Bay Area, providing therapeutic services to children and families. Ms. MacCalla is passionate about social-emotional learning (SEL) and student advocacy. She loves to cook/bake and dreams of opening a "Cooking as Therapy" institute one day. Ms. MacCalla holds a master's degree in Counseling Psychology and a clinical license as a Marriage and Family Therapist.
