Christopher Hashem is an upper school teacher who teaches math and engineering. He received his BS in Electromechanical Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology, MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire, and is working on his PhD in Mechanical Engineering at UNH. His research involves the mathematical modeling and control of dynamic systems including the development of a novel modeling method for NASA's Magnetospheric MultiScale spacecraft. Prior to teaching at Oakwood, Mr. Hashem was an Adjunct Professor of engineering at WIT. Outside of school, he enjoys rock climbing, scuba diving, cooking, and adventuring with his dog, Luna.
