Kaleigh Mallette teaches 5th grade and enjoys helping students build the confidence, skills, and habits they’ll carry into middle school and beyond. Before joining the 5th grade team, she taught Junior Kindergarten, 2nd grade, and 3rd grade at Oakwood, which gave her a strong foundation in supporting students through all stages of elementary school. Ms. Mallette earned her degree in Child and Adolescent Development from San Jose State University. When she’s not in the classroom, Ms. Mallette enjoys spending time at Shasta Lake, hiking, mountain biking, and decorating custom sugar cookies.
