Christine Carrillo provides students with a hands-on, multi-sensory approach as a junior kindergarten teacher at Oakwood School. Ms. Christine has worked in various agencies within the special education field, serving as an Instructor, as well as a coordinator for client services and previously worked as a reading intervention teacher for Morgan Hill Unified. Her position as the choreographer for the Oakwood Middle School and Oakwood High School theater programs allows her to feed a passion for the performing arts. She is an active member and choreographer for South Valley Civic Theatre and has received several awards for her choreography work. Ms. Christine earned her Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from California State University, Long Beach and a Master of Arts in Social Work from Norfolk State University. In her spare time, she enjoys camping, hiking, and travel in general.
