Katie Slabaugh teaches 5th grade, where she assists students to develop skills that will help them find success in middle school. Before she discovered her passion for teaching, Mrs. Slabaugh worked in the medical field as a Medical Technologist in a level-one trauma center. She enjoys paddle boarding, boating, and spending time with her family on Burt lake in Michigan during the summers. Mrs. Slabaugh holds a Bachelor of Arts from Oakland University, a degree in Clinical Laboratory Science from Weber State University, and a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential from the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing.
