The highlight of my last year was starting my undergraduate career at UC Berkeley, where I plan on pursuing dual degrees in Biochemistry and Business!

Last summer, right after graduating from Oakwood, I split my time between Jane Street, a hedge fund in NYC, and Republic Urban Properties, a San Jose-based real estate firm where I worked as a financial analyst.

This summer, I'm researching cardiovascular disease at the UCSF School of Medicine and working part-time as an equity research analyst at Black Mountain Investment Group. On the side, I actively source healthcare startups for Soma Capital, a $1B AUM venture capital fund managed by the owners of the Sacramento Kings.

On campus at UC Berkeley, I spent my last semester consulting for Tesla as part of a student-led consulting group and will be the chair of Biotech Relations for Berkeley Venture Capital next Fall.

Outside of work and school, I recently visited my grandmother in China, whom I haven’t seen since before the pandemic.
