Valira Pietrangelo '12

This year has been the start of many music related adventures, projects and shows. I finally got back into playing live for the first time in about 2.5 years by debuting both of my new projects this year.

Vesseles, my solo project, released our first EP in May. I am also more than halfway done with writing the next release set to come out next year. Mortal Filth, something that started with my own writing and is now a full group, is working on wrapping up our first release and starting on the second. Visit my Linktree for my music and more.

I will also be filling in on guitar for a 4 day run up in Washington with another local band. It feels great to finally be back in full force with music! This year, as a whole, has been about many firsts (including vending at my first convention).

Career-wise, I am reaching my 5 year at Nokia as a Mechanical Engineer and continue to find fulfillment in that path.
