Oakwood Alum Shares Wise Words with Entrepreneurship & Business Management Class

Oakwood High School alum Drew Bushman (’10), an attorney and entrepreneur, shared his inspiring journey with the Entrepreneurship & Business Management class. Originally planning to become a psychologist, he changed paths after losing his parents and realized law could still let him help others in a new way. His story showed how challenges can lead to growth and purpose.

Before becoming a lawyer, Drew explored creative side hustles like running an Etsy shop and becoming a micro-influencer on Instagram (@clear.enough), where he shares advice on balance and personal growth.

Outside of work, he’s a proud husband and father of four. Drew reminded us that success isn’t just about career — it’s about finding joy, meaning, and staying true to your values even when life takes unexpected turns.
