Matthew Sorci '22

Matthew Sorci '22 is a current sophomore at Texas Christian University. He shares, "What an unbelievable October I've had as a Postseason Communications Assistant with the Texas Rangers Baseball Club during their historic and successful 2023 playoff run! Having the opportunity to support and witness the media operations for a team on an epic playoff push firsthand has been a dream come true being a huge baseball fan my whole life. I am also extremely thankful for the opportunity and for the valuable connections, I have gained. Congratulations to the 2023 World Series Champion Texas Rangers!"

Matthew shares, "I plan on double majoring in marketing and management while pursuing a Fintech certification. I am currently a TCU Athletics marketing intern, on the club baseball team, and am a member of the Phi Gamma Delta fraternity. My experience at TCU has been nothing short of awesome and I encourage any current Oakwood students interested in TCU to reach out to me with any questions."
