Oakwood Track & Field Greenfield Meet

Oakwood Track & Field began their season with a meet at Greenfield HS on March 15 with Gilroy, Greenfield, Kirby, and Pacific Point. Gabby Campbell, CJ Mayer, Joe Mayer, Arjun Narayanan, and Carter Thornton had an outstanding beginning to their league competition. Gabby finished third place overall in both the Girls Varsity 200m and Long Jump. CJ set a new Oakwood Boys Varsity School Record in the Shot Put with his personal best throw of 29'4". Carter ran his first 110m hurdle race and came away with the new Oakwood Boys Frosh/Soph School Record with his time of 24:36. Congratulations one and all, and Go Hawks!!
