On Saturday, March 15, the Granada Theatre in Morgan Hill was transformed into a stunning Moroccan escape for the 2025 Nightfall in Casablanca Dinner Auction. Guests enjoyed an elegant evening filled with delicious cuisine, lively entertainment with special performances by the Simorgh Dance Collective featuring Oakwood parent Paria Bakhtar, and exciting auction bidding—all in support of Oakwood School. From exclusive getaways to one-of-a-kind experiences, the auction items inspired enthusiastic participation, making it a night to remember.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of the Oakwood School community, this year’s event raised over $130,000 to directly benefit students, faculty, and campus programs. A heartfelt thank you goes to Auction Chair Ayda Saffarian for her leadership and dedication, as well as to outstanding auctioneer and Oakwood parent Bill Christopher for maintaining high energy throughout the evening. Appreciation is also extended to everyone who donated and to the dedicated coordinators and reps who organized the class baskets. The school looks forward to welcoming everyone again in 2027 for the next dinner auction!
