Oakwood High School AP Computer Science Principles students, sophomore Kelly Kobata and junior Keane Wong, earned top honors in the Fall 2024 CMU CS Academy Creative Task Competition hosted by Carnegie Mellon University. Their innovative Python projects stood out among the largest pool of entries in the competition's history. Kelly won 1st Place for two separate projects in AP CSP Unit 1 and AP CSP Unit 3, and Keane won 2nd Place for AP CSP Unit 2. Congratulations to Kelly and Keane!
