Fourth Grade Students Explore Dignity

Oakwood School 4th grade students recently participated in a lesson on dignity, exploring what it means to recognize the worth of every individual. Students discussed the meaning of dignity, shared qualities that make them unique, and reflected on how those traits strengthen their classroom community.
The activity fostered appreciation for one another’s strengths and reinforced a sense of belonging within the greater Oakwood community. Students left the lesson with a deeper understanding of respect, inclusion, and the importance of valuing themselves and others.
