High School Students Showcase Knowledge and Triumph in Annual Furphy Trivia Game

On May 12, Oakwood High School students joined forces by advisory class to engage in the highly anticipated annual Furphy trivia game. The game featured a diverse range of categories, including Geography, Art/Entertainment, Science, Sports, and History. From challenging questions like "Which river flows through Germany, Austria, Hungary, Serbia, Romania, and Bulgaria?" to testing knowledge of color theory with inquiries such as "What is the opposite of blue on the color wheel?" participants faced a thrilling battle of wits. The competition remained intense as the game progressed, with the outcome hanging in the balance until the end. Ultimately, the brilliant minds of Mr. Hubbard's 10th Grade students emerged victorious, securing a well-deserved triumph.
