High School Tennis Full Circle Moment

Oakwood School is proud to share a special full circle moment in Arianna Saffarian's tennis journey. Now a freshman student, Arianna is playing on the Oakwood High School tennis team and has already earned a win for the Hawks.

One recent match was especially meaningful: her very first tennis coach, 1st grade teacher Mrs. Diana Sanchez, was there to watch her play alongside elementary principal Mrs. Shales. Arianna first picked up a racket as a young student on the Oakwood tennis courts under Mrs. Sanchez's guidance, and her love for the sport has continued to grow ever since.

Oakwood is so fortunate that Arianna is now continuing that journey as a member of the team under Coach Al. From her first swing on the Oakwood courts to competing for the Hawks, her story is a wonderful reminder of the lasting connections that make Oakwood so special.
