Oakwood High School's Katya Starodub continues to make her mark in all that she does. Working toward becoming a future Olympic Gold Medalist, Starodub recently took 1st place in the league wrestling championships and qualified for the State Championships in wrestling. She then returned to Jujitsu, where she won the gold medal at the World Games in Italy last year.

Starodub is off to Florida in early April to compete in the Pan American Games—the 2nd most difficult tournament in the world in her sport. In May, she will head to the World Games to defend her gold medal.
