The inaugural Oakwood's Got Talent took place on January 16, an event aimed at celebrating student achievements and fostering confident self-expression in the Oakwood High School community. Led by Dr. Helvey and Mrs. Frazer, as well as sophomores Brennan Klotzbach and Saidee Avila, this event was created to give students a chance to showcase their passions, whether in performing arts, music, tricks, or athletic skills. A huge shout out to everyone involved, with performances by freshman Joey Trapasso, sophomores Ria Deshpande, Katya Starodub, Caitlyn Wagner, juniors Joshua Espiritu, Noah Lopez, seniors Jake Foland, Kaitlyn Gomez, Luke Hansotte, Klara Klotzbach and Mr. Krasnow. Sophomores Tanner Ota, Sthanika Rahool, Ava Smith, Luke Titi and senior Clara Shem-Tov participated as the tech crew.
