Oakwood High School Adventure Features Competitive Challenges and Ice Skating Fun
This past Monday Oakwood High School students kicked off the school year with their annual Adventure. The day started with a competitive twist at the San Jose History Park, where they engaged in The Go Game. Teams dove into tasks such as embodying their favorite pop culture references and navigating Incognito Discos. The day was filled with competitive head-to-heads, races against the clock, and countless memorable moments.
Once the final task was complete students walked over to Sharks Ice for the grand reveal of the winning team. After a lively celebration and a well-deserved lunch students laced up their skates and hit the rink. This activity truly cemented the adventure as a bonding experience with students teaching one another how to skate, helping each other up after falls, and clinging to each other’s hands for support.
This was the perfect way to bring students together for the year to come!
