Oakwood Hosts First-Ever Turkey Trot

Oakwood School held its first-ever lower school Turkey Trot, a festive event conceived and organized by the school’s energetic elementary PE teacher, Coach Sugai. During their PE class time, each grade participated in the Turkey Trot, starting with a spirited run around the blacktop. The fun continued inside the Oakwood Barn, where students engaged in team-building activities and exciting races. Adding to the holiday cheer, Coach Sugai wore a hilarious inflatable turkey costume, delighting students and staff alike. The inaugural event was a huge success, fostering fitness, teamwork, and community spirit!
