Oakwood Middle School Attends State Mathematics Championships

Oakwood Middle School was well-represented at the Northern California MathCounts Competition, with six of our mathletes—Joseph T., Shaanvi M., Samanvay S., Logan R., Aditya S., and Erik L.—advancing to the competition as part of the top ten from our region. During the competition on March 23rd, they tackled a variety of mathematical challenges in the areas of number theory and combinatorics, as well as difficult variations of typical middle school math. Congratulations to all of Oakwood's competitive mathematics students for their unbounded exploration of problem-solving!
