Oakwood Soccer Senior Night Celebrated Amazing Student-Athletes

On Friday, January 20, the weather cooperated and provided a lovely, crisp backdrop for Oakwood’s Soccer Senior Night. Both the girls’ and boys’ teams scored victories against opponent Trinity High School to set the tone for the spirited celebration. With the stands filled with families, students, friends, faculty, and staff, Trinity boys’ soccer Coach Hawks introduced and shared about each of their school’s seniors and their achievements.

Supported by Oakwood boys’ coach Jack McMullen, girls’ coach Stephanie Neustadter then emphasized to the crowd the tremendous dedication and outstanding sportsmanship that Oakwood Seniors and scholar-athletes—Ayana Wilmot, Reena Panikar, Simran Kaur, Lisa Kawwas, Golden Hubbard, Jillian Bogosian, Ryker Saltonstall, Max Reid, Colby Moosman, Ryan Bruning, and Ryien Bagheri have shown throughout their high school soccer careers. Thank you to each student-athlete for their exceptional contribution to the Oakwood community.
