Oakwood Soccer Team Starts Season with a Win

After a weather-disrupting start of the Oakwood Soccer season, the Boys' Varsity team had their first home league game against Anzar, ending with a 3-0 victory! Goal scorers: Max Reid, Colby Moosman, and Dillon Hall.

The squad of 20 players has been working hard in practices and training scrimmages on a defensive shape to stay strong when out of possession and create flexibility for our attackers when they have the ball to make a positive attack. The players' hard work paid off for the Varsity Soccer team, who ensured the opposition did not score and kept a low tally of shots on the goal, and took their chances on the opposition's goal.
