Oakwood Speaker Series Inspires Future Careers

On Friday, January 21, Oakwood School hosted a Speaker Series for Upper School students with 14 outstanding guest speakers. Middle and High School students were invited to hear from speakers from a variety of career backgrounds, including research science, app development, medicine, software engineering, small business ownership, law, entertainment, and law enforcement. Our inspiring speakers were members of the wider Oakwood community, including Oakwood alumni, parents, friends, and staff, who generously joined our students on campus. Students headed to the speaker of their choice and were treated to lively discussions of college and career paths. The Oakwood Speaker Series will continue next year for its fourth installment.
