Dr. Josh Watson

On Wednesday, October 15, Oakwood School was visited by Mr. Dino Ambrosi, the founder of Project Reboot, an organization that aims to reset teens' sometimes-problematic relationships with their tech devices. Using relatable, real-world examples and language that does not talk down to teenagers, Mr. Ambrosi helped them examine their own habits in tech usage in the bigger picture of their overall well-being. In separate audiences for middle school students, high school students, faculty and staff, and parents, he encouraged all to think of their online 'content diet' much like a nutritional diet. He offered helpful suggestions encompassing mindset, environment, and habits that audience members found helpful.
