2025-2026 High School Course Request Form

 

Please make the course enrollment requests listed below for 2025-2026.

The 2025-2026 High School Course Request Form should be filled out by the student, with a parent/guardian signing off to acknowledge its completion and correctness.

Placement in High School electives is NOT first come, first served. Please take time to carefully consider the options before submitting this form.

Please submit this completed form by Friday, April 18 at 8 pm.

Freshman Course Enrollment

All Freshmen are automatically enrolled in:

  • Conceptual Physics (FY)
  • English I (FY)
  • Freshman Writing (S1)
  • Study Period (FY)
  • World Cultures (FY)


In addition, Freshmen must take a minimum of one course in each academic category:

  • Math (FY)
  • Visual or Performing Arts (FY elective)
  • World Languages (FY)
