Laptop Camp

For students entering grades 4 through 8 in the fall

Monday through Friday, June 22 - June 26, 2020

AM Half-Day: 9:00 am–12:00 pm — $225 (Price increases to $235 on 5/22/20)
PM Half-Day: 1:00 pm–4:00 pm — $225 (Price increases to $235 on 5/22/20)
Full-Day: 9:00 am–4:00 pm — $395 (Price increases to $405 on 5/22/20)

This one-week computer camp will enable students to become tech virtuosos AND elevate projects for school and beyond!

Morning session
Engaging activities that will help students to be more effective with their laptop and presentation skills! Make a custom avatar to use in all your applications. Learn the ins and outs of Google docs, plus some tips and tricks. Use Google Slides to make amazing presentations utilizing content and graphic design.

Afternoon session:
Explore technologies that will engage students both creatively and interactively! We will use Storyboarding to tie together creative writing and visuals. Make a music video and bring your favorite song to life. Make your own website and learn how to attract readers!

Students who sign-up for the full-day option should bring a lunch.

Registration:

Early registration is recommended to ensure placement. A non-refundable deposit of $250 is due at time of registration. Final payment is due by May 22, 2020. Confirmation notices will be e-mailed upon receipt of the completed registration form and payment.

In the event our camps cannot operate or can only operate for a portion of the original schedule due to COVID-19 closure payments will be refunded or pro-rated for the revised schedule.
