Morning Drop-off: 8:00-8:20 am
Classes begin at 8:00 am. All Summer@Oakwood students go to the early childhood education courtyard gates for check in. Please park in the parking lot and walk your child into the area assigned walkways.
Pick-up:

5:30 pm (Full Day)
Please park in the parking lot and walk to the Oakwood Summer Explorers area (early childhood education courtyard) to pick up your child. Please wait outside the designated gate for teachers to dismiss your child. Please be prepared to show ID the first few days until the teachers are familiar with you. All students must be signed out each day.
Full-day students that are picked up prior to 5:30 pm may be picked up directly from the classrooms. Please knock on the classroom doors and wait for teachers. We ask that you do not enter classrooms.

- Lunch (no peanut products)
- AM & PM Snack (labeled with Explorer name)
- Water Bottle (refill stations on campus)
- *Sunscreen (optional, see info below)
Please apply sunscreen to your child prior to arriving at Oakwood each morning. If you would like for us to re-apply sunscreen on your child during the camp day, we ask that you bring your own sunscreen, labeled with your child's name, to be kept at school for the duration of Summer@Oakwood
Preschool and JrK:
