Happy Summer! Our campers have been on camping adventures, traveled back through time to the Jurassic Period, and explored all of nature’s beauty over the last couple of weeks.
What a joyous summer it has been! Through hands-on lessons and interactive activities, our campers have had an amazing time diving into each week’s themes with enthusiasm and creativity. Students have enjoyed creating in small groups and have cultivated friendships along the way!
Summer@Oakwood would like to wish you and your family a happy and safe 4th of July! Oakwood School will be closed from July 3-7. Summer Explorers Camp will resume on July 10 as usual.
Our upcoming weekly themes are:
- July 10-14: Space Exploration
- July 17-21: When I Grow Up...
- July 24-28: Down on the Farm
We can't wait to continue this extraordinary summer with our remarkable Explorers. Get ready for more adventures, friendships, and amazing memories that will last a lifetime!

Reminders
SCHOOL CLOSED
Oakwood School will be closed from July 3-7. Summer Explorers will resume on July 10.
Snacks
Please be sure to pack your child plenty of snacks they can enjoy for the day. For Preschool and Jr. Kindergarten Campers, please be sure to label snacks with their name and designate AM and PM snacks accordingly.
Sunscreen
If you would like for us to re-apply sunscreen on your child during the camp day, we ask that you bring your own sunscreen, labeled with your child's name, to be kept at school for the duration of Summer@Oakwood (optional).
Pick-Up by 5:30 pm
Remember, Summer Explorers ends promptly at 5:30 pm!
