Fund Run 2025

We made history! It is with great pleasure and much excitement that I am pleased to announce that we successfully reached our goal as a community to raise $200,000 through this year’s student-led Fund Run, which has successfully unlocked an additional $50,000 in additional donations from generous Oakwood families. 

That makes this year’s Fund Run record-breaking and now officially goes down as our most successful Fund Run in the school’s 28-year history, raising a grand total of $251,135.55 for our students. Our community also achieved an impressive 84% overall student participation rate!

Those dollars, designated to the Campus Fund, will make a real and immediate impact on our ability to continue our campus improvements, enhancements, and prepare for future growth. As a 501(c)3 non-profit school, Oakwood reinvests every dollar back into our programs, our people, and our campus. We rely on community support and fundraising to provide the exceptional opportunities our students enjoy every day and bring our campus vision to life.

We will use this wonderful momentum from our Fund Run, which is the official launch of our Annual Fund Campaign, to continue gathering support from you and others in our local community, including an exciting launch of our brand new Community Partners Program. In addition, please mark your calendars for Oakwood’s online auction, which will take place from February 25th through March 5th, 2026, as well as other opportunities to support Oakwood, which can be found in our Guide to Giving and Getting Involved.
