This summer, our Scenario Planning Task Force, along with the collaborative efforts of our Technology, Mitigation, and Development Focus Groups, have been diligently investigating every possible method of safely bringing students together and providing robust learning through synchronous and asynchronous instruction. To successfully provide our faculty and students with the tools for these plans to be implemented, we are in urgent need of upgraded technology to add to the classrooms, as well as enhanced campus mitigation.


Oakwood's fundraising efforts this year will be focused on our 2020-2021 Pandemic Support Fund, which will ensure we continue to provide a rigorous and engaging curriculum and experience, regardless of the learning scenario a student is participating in, all while maintaining the health and safety of our community for those on campus.

Please explore the technology implementation plan for Lower and Upper School classrooms below, and the enhanced campus health and safety measures we are putting into place.


This is a collective effort and we need 100% parent participation to quickly adapt our classrooms and our campus for our students to continue benefiting from the exemplary Oakwood education we all know and love. The technology and campus mitigation measures we are putting into place will cost upwards of $300,000.
