Lower School Coordinator(s)
- Communicate with incoming lower school families via a position on the Welcoming Committee, so that new families feel welcomed; engage room parents in this process.
- Coordinate with lower school teachers in securing parent reps.
- Oversee and coordinate with lower school parent reps.
- Review and approve all parent rep correspondence.
- Assist with Lower School Kick-off event.
- Oversee, coordinate with and help secure event chairs and volunteers in which lower school students are involved. If event chair is not secured, Coordinator(s) will plan and execute the event. (Events & Gatherings)
- Organize and implement periodic school-wide uniform exchanges with Middle School coordinators.
Middle School Coordinator(s)
- Communicate with incoming middle school families via a position on the Welcoming Committee, so that new families feel welcomed; engage room parents in this process.
- Coordinate with principal and MS advisors in securing grade level parent reps.
- Oversee and coordinate with middle school grade level parent reps.
- Oversee, coordinate with and help secure event chairs and volunteers in which middle school students are involved. If event chair is not secured, Coordinator(s) will plan and execute the event. (Events & Gatherings)
- Organize and implement periodic school-wide uniform exchanges with lower school coordinators.
- Assist Middle School Council (MSC), as needed.
High School Coordinator(s)
- Communicate with incoming high school families via a position on the Welcoming Committee, so that new families feel welcomed; engage room parents in this process.
- Coordinate with principal in securing grade level parent reps.
- Oversee and coordinate with high school grade level parent reps.
- Oversee, coordinate with and help secure event chairs and volunteers in which high school students are involved. If event chair is not secured, Coordinator(s) will plan and execute the event. (Events & Gatherings)
- Assist Student Council, as needed.
Hospitality Coordinator(s)
Athletic Coordinator(s)
- Athletic Events Assistance - assist Athletic department with Athletic Awards and Senior Nights, Homecoming, and Alumni events.
- Team parent liason - assist with team parent communication.
- Community building - promote school spirit within Oakwood and outside athletic activities.
- Snack Shack coordination - assist Athletic Coordinators with volunteer coverage, food coordination, and managing cash bank

Parent Representatives from Each Class/Grade
Parent Representatives from each class/grade are an important part of the PSA structure. They are encouraged to attend PSA Meetings so that they can provide input, ideas, and feedback to the board and administration in regards to the parents they represent.
Lower School Parent Representatives
(Preschool - 5th Grade – usually two per class)
